Shape the future of an AI-native CRM by owning the complete user product journey from signup to monetization. This role drives growth initiatives, optimizes conversion funnels, and leads product-led growth strategies. You'll leverage data and experimentation to reinvent how millions work, setting new industry standards.

What you will do:

  • Own the entire user product journey from signup through activation, retention, and monetization.

  • Identify and execute on growth opportunities by deeply understanding users, analyzing data, and running rapid A/B tests.

  • Lead the strategy for product-led growth (PLG) initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrated success in accelerating user acquisition, activation, and retention in a B2B SaaS context.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach, comfortable with SQL and analytics platforms.

  • Deep understanding of activation, retention, and monetization strategies, with experience building growth loops.
