As a Language Specialist, you will be pivotal in ensuring our AI agents communicate naturally and accurately across multiple languages. This unique hybrid role involves owning localization, translating product content, and evaluating voice AI models to ensure natural and professional communication as we scale globally. You'll bridge product, engineering, and linguistics, directly shaping our international user experience.

What you will do:
Translate and localize product content, including UI strings, emails, and agent conversations.
Evaluate voice AI quality across languages for naturalness, pronunciation, and cultural appropriateness.
Provide linguistic feedback to ML engineers to identify patterns in voice model errors and suggest improvements.
The ideal candidate:
Fluent in English + 2+ other languages (native or near-native proficiency).
Professional translation or localization experience, having shipped translated content.
Possesses a trained ear for voice and audio quality, able to articulate what sounds right or wrong.
