You'll ideate, prototype, and support manufacturing, bringing innovative hardware solutions to restaurants. What you will do:
Support and lead aspects of Fusion (our modular food assembly robot) development and deployment.
Ideate and rapidly prototype design changes, leveraging 3D printing for hourly iterations.
Support manufacturing, production, and real-world deployments into restaurants, including training, troubleshooting, and customer success.
The ideal candidate:
Possess strong CAD skills, specifically with Onshape, and extensive experience with rapid prototyping techniques (FDM, SLS, SLA 3DP, laser cutting, sheet metal).
Demonstrate excellent design creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a keen appreciation for Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DfMA).
Hold a Masters in Mechanical, Design, Aerospace, Product, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, with a passion for complex mechatronics systems.
