What you will do:
Research and identify potential customers, partners, and market opportunities, drafting outbound messages and supporting relationship-building efforts.
Contribute to product strategy discussions, support seed fundraise preparation, including investor research, pitch materials, and financial modelling.
Assist with day-to-day operational needs, project management for grant-funded initiatives, and tracking company performance through OKRs.
The ideal candidate:
Possess 2-4 years of professional experience in consulting, market research, operations, or similar varied roles.
Demonstrate strong research, analytical, and excellent written/verbal communication skills, explaining complex ideas clearly.
Exhibit comfort with variety, a proactive ownership mindset, and a genuine, passionate interest in climate and sustainability.
