Own the entire sales process for Oto in this high-impact, full-cycle role. You’ll build and manage pipelines, run tailored demos, and guide key decision-makers across audiology and ENT practices. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, build strong customer relationships, and play a direct role in driving growth while shaping product direction through customer insights.

What you will do:
Build and manage your own pipeline across private audiology and ENT practices.
Lead discovery calls, product demos, and subscription discussions end-to-end.
Deliver structured feedback to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap and customer experience.
The ideal candidate:
Proven track record of strong performance in full-cycle sales or similar customer-facing roles.
Experience in SMB healthtech or service-led markets (preferred but not required).
Skilled in outreach, discovery, and building trust with clinical and practice-based professionals.
