About the Role

We are looking for a driven and adaptable Enterprise Marketing Assistant to join our team in Indonesia, with regional responsibility across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines. This role is responsible for driving integrated marketing efforts across channel partners, end customers, and public relations, supporting our enterprise go-to-market strategy.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and partners to deliver marketing campaigns that generate leads, build brand credibility, and support business growth in the enterprise segment.

This is a full-time maternity cover role covering up to 8 months total. We offer an initial 3-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for a seamless 5-month extension based on performance and business needs. This is suitable for professionals seeking short-term impact with fast-track exposure and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Marketing

  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
  • Localize partner enablement materials, toolkits, and content to support sales and demand generation.
  • Organize partner marketing events, training sessions, and promotional activities.

End Customer Marketing

  • Develop marketing content (e.g., case studies, brochures, email campaigns, digital ads) tailored to the local enterprise audience.
  • Deploy customer-facing campaigns to target enterprise buyers in the assigned markets.
  • Leverage on digital platforms, events, and content marketing to generate leads and nurture prospects.

Public Relations

  • Support the development and execution of regional PR strategies to raise brand visibility and credibility.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies and internal teams to manage media relations, press releases, interviews, and speaking engagements.

General Marketing Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of enterprise events, tradeshows, and webinars.
  • Adapt global messaging and assets for local relevance, ensuring cultural, linguistic, and business appropriateness.

We imagine that you bring the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including hands-on work in channel marketing, end customer marketing, and PR/communications.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise buyer journey and experience supporting sales through marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Regional experience and experience working with channel partners and external PR agencies is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / CRM Microsoft Dynamics
