We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our South Island team to partner with customers across the dairy sector, combining hands-on technical support with proactive account management and sales activity.
Requirements
- Manage and grow customer relationships across an assigned agricultural territory
- Drive sales activity from lead generation through to proposal development and deal closure
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing practical solutions and product expertise to customers
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share through proactive account management
- Develop and execute territory and business plans aligned to sales and marketing objectives
- Deliver customer presentations, proposals and commercial agreements
- Work closely with internal sales, technical and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales, pipeline and customer records using CRM systems
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company policies, safety standards and values
