We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team in the DACH region for AI-Driven Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers, developing the sales process, and managing the pipeline in HubSpot.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven success in B2B sales
- Experience with consultative sales processes and deal sizes of four to five figures
- Secure handling of CRM systems (HubSpot or comparable)
- Sales mindset: solving problems, not pushing contracts
- Verbal German (mother tongue or C2)
- A profile that can be shown on LinkedIn or Instagram
