Senior Java + AI Architect

Role Overview

We are hiring a senior AI Enabler to join a newly formed team focused on building AI-driven enterprise solutions. This role requires a strong blend of Java architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, and applied AI expertise. The ideal candidate will bring a startup mindset, hands-on experience, and the ability to translate evolving AI concepts into scalable, real-world implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered enterprise solutions
• Develop agentic frameworks, AI agents, and intelligent workflows
• Architect and scale systems using Java, platform engineering, and DevOps practices
• Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, APIs) into existing platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive practical AI adoption
• Contribute to shaping AI direction in an evolving and ambiguous environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Java architecture and backend systems
  
• Solid background in platform engineering and DevOps
  
• Proven hands-on AI experience (LLMs, agents, workflows, etc.)
  
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI applications
  
• Ability to bridge AI concepts with production-ready solutions
• Prior experience working in startup or fast-paced environments preferred
