Digital Marketing Executive

Profile Summary:

We are a 25+ year young, innovation-led IT & Digital Marketing agency serving primarily US-based clients. We are hiring a performance-driven 360° Digital Marketing Strategist with 3+ years of hands-on experience across at least two channels (SEO + Google Ads / Meta Ads / Email Marketing / LinkedIn Ads).
This is an independent contributor role requiring complete account ownership — strategy, execution, reporting, client communication, and performance growth.
Agency experience with US clients is strongly preferred.

Ideal Candidate
You are a results-oriented marketer who understands lead generation, conversion, and ROI — not just traffic.
Experienced in agency environments managing multiple accounts independently
Comfortable working directly with US clients

• Strong in SEO + at least one paid channel (Google/Meta preferred)
• Confident discussing strategy, budgets, CPL, ROAS, CAC, and attribution
• AI-aware and able to write effectively using AI tools
• Skilled in reporting, dashboards, Excel, and performance documentation

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of 360° digital marketing experience
• Hands-on expertise in SEO + one paid channel
• Agency experience (preferred) with US client exposure (mandatory)
• Independent account management experience
• Strong written communication skills

Working knowledge of:

• MS Excel (pivot tables, reporting)
• GA4 & basic analytics

Performance reporting & documentation

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of:
• Lead generation funnels
• ROI & performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CAC)

Experience with:

• Conversion tracking & Google Tag Manager
• Multi-channel attribution
• Looker Studio dashboards
• Ability to align organic + paid for full-funnel growth

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page)
• Plan & optimize paid campaigns for lead generation
• Improve conversion rates and campaign ROI
• Set up tracking, dashboards & monthly reports
• Manage US clients independently and present insights

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate degree

Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Ads preferred

Experience: 3–7 years in agency-based performance marketing.
