Requirements

• Significant relevant experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) field, covering planning, facilitation, content design, and project or program management.
• Strong knowledge of effective facilitation techniques and training design principles, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams indirectly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong project leadership and agile skills.
• Business fluency in English is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or a relevant certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Association for Talent Development (ATD) certification.
