Python Backend Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Backend Engineer with experience inPythonanda strong foundation in Computer Engineering or related fields. You’ll work onsoftware developmentprojects alongside international teams, gaining hands-on experience with real-world systems and helping support scalable applications.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about clean code, eager to learn, with a great English level, and solid communication skills.

Requirements:

• At least1 yearofBackend Development experiencewithPython

• Familiarity with Python web frameworks likeFastAPI, Flask, Django, or Tornado

• Formalhands-on experienceas aSoftware Developerin at least one real project

• Bachelor’s degreeinComputer Engineeringor a related field

• Understanding of codingbest practices, such as SOLID, TDD, etc

• Experience working in medium-large collaborative teams, contributing effectively in cross-functional environments

• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and production deployment

• Strongsoft skillslike communication, autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability

• StrongEnglishcommunication skills - Minimum highB2, C1is preferred

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to AWS services, especially DynamoDB, S3, or SQS

• Familiarity with Ports, Adapters, and Hexagonal architecture principles

• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Golang and interest in developing further

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL

• Awareness of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized development

• Understanding of monitoring tools like New Relic or OpenTelemetry

• Awareness of different types of software testing
