We are looking for an experienced Jr. Backend Engineer who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. As part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in software development.
- Python: Comfortable writing scripts and following best practices.
- PostgreSQL: Experience working with relational databases.
- Docker: Basic to intermediate experience managing containers.
- AWS (Core): Familiarity with services like S3 and SQS.
- Testing: Basic understanding of unit and integration testing (e.g., Pytest, mocker).
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Basic skills to support occasional full-stack tasks.
- Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency

Nice-to-have:
- Terraform: Basic knowledge of infrastructure as code.

- Testing Methodologies: Understanding of TDD.
- Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with tools like New Relic or OpenTelemetry-based platforms.
- Kubernetes or container orchestration basics.
- Exposure to Golang or interest in learning it.
- Awareness of Oracle Integration Cloud.
