Principal Client Solutions Architect

Introhive is hiring a Principal Client Solutions Architect to act as the senior technical and solution authority for our most strategic client and prospect engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or professional services roles in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
• Extensive expertise in data, CRM, API integration, and enterprise architecture
• Executive presence, ability to lead strategic and technical sessions with senior stakeholders
• Advanced solution design skills grounded in real-world feasibility and measurable impact
• Ability to turn business objectives into actionable technical requirements
• Deep familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
• Consultative acumen, able to challenge assumptions constructively and inspire confidence
• Proven record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Services teams
• Ability to simplify complexity for business leaders while increasing clarity for technical teams
• A passion for team leadership and mentorship, raising the technical and consultative standard
