This is a remote position.
Provide reliable, high-quality support to maintain momentum across sales activity, marketing output, and pipeline coordination. This role works closely with the CEO & Business Coordinator to create rhythm, responsiveness, and consistency across Zest’s growth activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration
- Maintain and update CRM records, lead statuses, and pipeline accuracy.
- Prepare proposals, capability decks, quotes, tender submissions and follow-up emails.
- Conduct prospect research (industry context, company overview, contact verification).
- Track sales KPIs and prepare weekly summaries.
- Schedule meetings, demos, follow-ups and manage associated documentation.
- Assist with RFQs and compliance checks by assembling and formatting required material.
Marketing Administration
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines, posts and campaigns run on schedule.
- Draft social media posts from notes, case studies or transcripts.
- Upload and format website content including case studies, blogs and service updates.
- Prepare and schedule email campaigns, manage segment lists and collate analytics.
- Manage digital assets including imagery, brand files, templates, testimonials.
- Support event logistics such as registrations, run sheets, and collateral formatting.
- Pull LinkedIn, website and email analytics into monthly reporting dashboards.
Requirements
Technical/Educational Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing tools

- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment with clear processes
