This is a remote position.
- Manage and prioritize the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, interviews, and
- Monitor and organize email inbox, flagging urgent items and drafting responses where
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal systems.
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates for further interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system.
- Ensure all candidate and client data is accurately entered and maintained in internal
- Regularly audit data for compliance and integrity.
- Support adherence to company policies, privacy regulations, and recruitment compliance
- Prepare documentation for audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate logistics for networking events, trade shows, and internal meetings.
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, and vendor relationships for events.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment CRM systems.
- Professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Exposure to recruitment processes and candidate management
- Experience in event coordination and compliance administration is highly desirable
