Recruiter for the building and construction industry, remote job with occasional on-site meetings in The Woodlands, TX. Opportunity to grow a versatile career in recruiting within the ATIC industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field
  • 4+ years recruiting experience in relevant industries (construction, technical engineering, oil & gas, etc.)
  • Experience driving diversity outreach opportunities
  • Experience working in both staffing and corporate recruiting
  • Thorough understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity obligations
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to travel (minimally, less than 5%)
