We’re looking for a Land Acquisition Lead to drive complex land acquisition efforts that enable large-scale energy projects to move forward.
Requirements
- 10+ years of land experience, including 5+ years leading land teams on energy infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of structuring and closing complex land agreements within the energy industry
- Experience leading teams, including direct reports and third-party agents
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional coordination across development, engineering, legal, and community stakeholders
- Demonstrated ownership of strategy, including budget management, forecasting, and governance across multiple projects
