We're looking for a High Voltage Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale high-voltage substation and transmission line projects across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience managing high-voltage substation and transmission line projects
- Direct experience working with utilities on interconnection, regulatory, and technical matters
- Strong understanding of utility-scale transmission infrastructure, EPC contracting models, and high-voltage equipment
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and interconnection processes
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams in complex infrastructure environments
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack
- Strong communication and leadership skills that will help you succeed in utility-facing and cross-functional environments
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and support on-site execution as needed
