About the Role
This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems with technology, is curious about how AI can improve business operations, and wants hands-on experience working with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and automation platforms.
This is a remote-first internship based in the United States with collaboration across global teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support the AI Center of Excellence in exploring and prototyping AI-powered workflows and automations, and analyze the outcomes of these initiatives to clearly articulate the return on investment (ROI).
- Assist with building lightweight prototypes using tools such as ChatGPT, Power Automate, and basic scripting.
- Help analyze internal documentation and knowledge bases to identify opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Work with team members to map simple workflows and identify repetitive tasks that could benefit from AI assistance.
- Support small AI pilot projects by testing ideas, gathering feedback, and documenting outcomes.
- Help create reusable prompts, templates, and example workflows for internal teams.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining internal AI knowledge resources and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business teams to experiment with practical AI use cases.
- Ensure all work aligns with company policies for responsible AI use, privacy, and security.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
An interest or background in technology, data, or analytical topics is highly valued, whether gained through coursework, self-guided learning, projects, or practical experience. While experience in these areas is a plus, curiosity and enthusiasm for how technology can solve real-world problems are just as important.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI, or automation technologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
- Ability to break down problems and think about how processes can be improved.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to APIs, automation tools, or workflow platforms.
- Basic experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
- Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, or SharePoint.
- Experience working on small projects involving data analysis, automation, or AI experimentation.
- Interest in prompt engineering, AI governance, or responsible AI practices.
- Experience contributing to technical documentation or knowledge bases.
