We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing clients, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Business Development:

  • Support Identify and pursue new business development opportunities generated by the Account Executives, including residential and commercial projects.
  • Per direction of account executives, prospect and cold call potential clients to introduce our products and services, showcasing the value proposition of working with ILG.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Work with account executives to ensure annual sales goals are met.
  • Assist with forecast and budget preparation.
  • Travel with account executives to deliver sales proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing as needed.
  • Track sales performance and pipeline activity using CRM software, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.

Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with the operations team to coordinate project scheduling, installation timelines, and logistics.
  • Ensure smooth project execution by communicating client expectations and requirements to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to assess project feasibility and address any onsite challenges or issues.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales or installation process.
  • Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve our products, services, and customer experience.
  • Work with account executives to update Salesforce information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the flooring, cabinet and countertop industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
