At Integriti, we're seeking a Sales Specialist who thrives on driving results—not waiting for leads. You'll take ownership of day-to-day sales activities across outbound, and partnership channels to help scale our services across the US, Canadian, and European markets.
This is a role for someone who blends sharp commercial instincts with disciplined execution—turning prospects into repeat customers, and deals into predictable revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & ICP Application
Understand and work within defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across service lines (Shopify Plus brands, enterprise .NET clients, etc.).
Identify qualified prospects using tools, databases, and platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.).
Research target companies and tailor outreach messaging by segment (eCommerce, SaaS, retail, manufacturing).
2. Channel Execution & Pipeline Growth
Actively manage day-to-day selling activities across:
Upwork / freelance platforms – manage profiles, proposals, and follow-ups.
Outbound campaigns – send personalized LinkedIn and email outreach.
Partnerships – support relationships with agencies and consultants.
Track performance metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and channel ROI, working to improve them continuously.
3. Sales Funnel Management
Manage leads from generation to closure: qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation.
Prepare detailed proposals with support from the technical and delivery teams.
Maintain an organized, healthy pipeline within CRM tools.
Ensure timely follow-ups and persistence throughout the buyer journey.
4. Upwork & Outbound Mastery
Optimize Integriti's Upwork presence to improve win rate.
Craft high-quality proposals tailored to client challenges.
Build repeatable outbound sequences with structured messaging and touchpoints.
Support experiments with automation tools while prioritizing personalization and results.
5. Reporting & Forecasting
Track and report on weekly and monthly sales activity:
Pipeline growth
Proposal win rates
Revenue closed vs. targets
Provide input to improve sales processes based on data.
6. Collaboration & Team Enablement
Work closely with leadership to hit growth targets.
Partner with marketing for lead generation and campaign alignment.
Collaborate with technical experts to ensure proposal accuracy and client fit.
Contribute insights for refining ICPs and channel strategy.
What You Bring:
- 3–7 years in B2B tech or service sales
- Proven ability to generate and close deals through Upwork, outbound, and partnerships.
- Skilled in prospecting, qualifying, and relationship building.
- Fluency with CRM systems, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication for proposal and client interaction.
- Sharp analytical mindset with a drive to improve performance metrics.
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude—you make things happen.
