Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a BA, working with external clients and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Interactive Multimedia
- Direct experience working within Financial Markets, with a solid understanding of industry-specific workflows and data
- Previous experience navigating regulatory or compliance requirements within the financial sector
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities within Scrum/Agile Methodology
- Strong understanding of datasets, APIs, and creating mappings
- Expert communicator with the ability to confidently present alternate suggestions to client
- Ability to clearly translate & break down business requirements into technical requirements
- Experience with Design and Design tools
- Experience creating user journeys, user stories, site path diagraming, and creating use cases for testing
- Working experience with confluence, JIRA, Power BI, Excel, MIRO & any other tooling that assists with data sets, mappings & creating of customer journeys
- Solid critical thinking skills to be able to solve problems to closing
- Previous experience with transformation deliveries
