Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in adult learning, leadership development, or organizational development
- Learning Strategy and Program Architecture: Expertise in designing cohesive learning systems aligned with strategic goals, equity, and core values.
- Adult Learning Design and Facilitation: Deep understanding of design and delivery of inclusive, reflective, and practice-based learning experiences for diverse adult learners
- Culture Building: Deep understanding of organizational culture and ways to embed values into daily practices and decision-making
- Measurement and Impact: Deep expertise in designing systems to measure participant engagement, learning outcomes, and performance impact.
