What You’ll Do
- Design and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities and product lifecycle.
- Build and maintain the Sales Playbook—messaging, positioning, objection handling, and best practices.
- Lead enablement for new product launches, ensuring readiness across direct and partner channels.
- Partner with Product early to embed commercial and competitive considerations into development.
- Coordinate high-impact sales collateral and training programmes in collaboration with Brand and L&D.
- Optimise enablement systems and processes, track KPIs, and report performance insights.
- Act as the central connector across teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.

As Sales Enablement Lead, you’ll architect and orchestrate a strategic enablement function that empowers our global sales organisation to achieve consistent, scalable revenue growth. You’ll design the structure, tools, and processes that connect go-to-market strategy, sales excellence, and customer insights into a unified commercial framework.
Your primary focus will be enabling successful New Product Introductions (NPI)—including MS Teams, Explore, APIs, and Discovery Full Circle—while continuously improving enablement for our flagship Discovery product. You’ll partner early with Product, influence design for channel readiness, and ensure competitive differentiation is embedded in every sales interaction.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Product, Finance, and Learning & Development to deliver enablement initiatives that drive measurable results.
