*This position is available for candidates based in Eastern Europe who are authorized to work in their country of residence. This role will be prospecting the US Market and so will work Eastern time in the USA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the growth of our company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and meet revenue targets. This is a remote role based in Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
• Be experienced in B2B, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market, with a proven track record.
• Have entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy.
• Must be based in Eastern Europe and authorized to work in your country of residence.
• This role will be prospecting the EU Market, and so will be working BST (British Standard Time)
