Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Market Assessment: Identifying and evaluating new markets, partners, channels, and customers.

Networking: Developing a wide network of contacts to stay informed about industry trends and market actions.

Research and Analysis: Studying the business environment, competitors, and customers to generate ideas for new products, services, pricing, and business models.

Financial Feasibility: Directing financial feasibility studies, proposal development, and negotiations for new business opportunities.

Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans.

Job Qualifications :

  • Ability to network internally and externally to the benefit of the sales team.
    • Ability to create and present new sales initiatives.
    • Strong sales background with a drive to sell, build, and maintain relationships.
    • Ability to coach and train on new strategies for effective sales and account management.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively manage and reprioritize work in a changing environment.
    • Ability to adapt to changing environment with a positive “can-do” attitude to work.
