Operations Manager - Relocation to CDMX

Innovamat is an educational organization focusing on math learning. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across US and LatAm markets, reporting to the Global Operations Director. The role involves coordinating between local teams, analyzing and optimizing processes, and driving solutions to inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Strong background in Operations, Business, Engineering or similar
• Proven experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams in an international context
• High comfort operating in a transversal leadership role
• Strong process mindset, with the ability to design systems and dive into execution details
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes
• Natural leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, align and support people across teams
• High level of ownership, resilience and willingness to work hard in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills, especially in cross-cultural and cross-country setups
• Fluency in English and Spanish
