We are currently recruiting for FinancialForce Solution Architect (or Sr. Consultant) for one of our key customers, a leading Global Salesforce partner.
Summary:
A highly proactive person with the ability to provide high-level technical guidance and support to project teams and our customers. The Solution Architect with a strong understanding of the FinancialForce Accelerate and the confidence to recommend architectural best practices. Must possess a deep knowledge of the FinancialForce product and roadmap. Having experience in transitioning from other PSA tools like Changepoint to FinancialForce is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Experience implementing, designing, building, and enhancing features on the FinancialForce platform on Accounting, Billing, Project Management, Time & Expense Management and Revenue Management modules.
- Perform key components of remote implementations of the FinancialForce ERP applications. Components may include installation, configuration, training, report writing, data migration and general support.
- Experience in migration from other PSA tools to FinancialForce is desirable.
- Develop and configure the FinancialForce PSA tool via the FinancialForce managed package.
- Work closely with business systems analysts and developers as part of an Agile team to design, build, and deliver solutions.
- Drive solution design for projects and production support working with IT and Business SMEs.
- Keep up to date with new releases and improvements in FinancialForce PSA and Salesforce.
- Perform functional and technical system activities including business process configuration, coordinate testing, work with offshore team on development activities, manage project queue and scheduled releases etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Overall 10+ years of experience & 5+ years as a Solution Architect for FinancialForce covering FinancialForce Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Professional Services Automation.
- Should be familiar with ERP, Service Integration, and other SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Infrastructure, Business process applications, and Data Analytics.
- Ability to analyze complex business and technical problems, synthesize solutions and communicate options to all stakeholders.
- Good and clear communication skills to be able to work productively across onsite/offshore teams.
- Certifications in Salesforce are preferred
