INFUSE is seeking a Senior Full-Stack / Backend Engineer with a strong MVP mindset to develop a scalable and maintainable internal product. The role involves backend API development, frontend UI design, data analysis, and a complete product lifecycle from MVP to production. We prioritize a human approach to hiring focusing on unique individual contributions, not machine learning models.

Requirements

Proven expertise in backend development, API design, and database management.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with frontend technologies and frameworks (mid-level or higher).
Experience with data analysis and pipeline construction is a plus.
Skilled in modern development tools and AI-assisted coding (e.g., Cursor, Copilot).
