The Role
We’re hiring a Project Manager to join our Client Relations team in Quito. This role will work across multiple departments—Client Relations, Operations, Marketing, and Product—to ensure key initiatives are executed smoothly and that client journeys are fully managed from start to finish.
You’ll play a critical role in coordinating teams, tracking progress, building documentation, and making sure projects stay on schedule. You’ll use ClickUp daily to assign tasks, follow up on deliverables, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects across departments
• Drive and track the entire client onboarding journey, coordinating handoffs between teams
• Use ClickUp to break down large projects into actionable tasks, assign owners, and follow up
• Maintain visibility on project status and ensure milestones are hit
• Create and update documentation, including process flows and SOPs
• Identify bottlenecks early and take ownership to solve them
• Track project timelines and costs to support better planning and decision-making
• Work with department leads to improve processes and execution across the company

What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:

• Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in project management, process improvement or business analyst experience
• Strong knowledge of ClickUp (or similar PM tools like Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Strong follow-through and accountability mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Experience breaking down large goals into small, trackable tasks
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders

Bonus Points For:

• Background in client onboarding, customer success, or internal ops
• Experience in SaaS, startups, or fintech
• Familiarity with building documentation and SOPs
