The Manager, Global Benefits & Compensationis responsible forthe management, administration, and continuous improvement ofIncora’sglobal benefits, wellness, leave, and compensation programs. This role plays a critical part in delivering a competitive and compliant Total Rewards offering that supports employee wellbeing, engagement, and attraction and retention of talent.
Reporting into Total Rewards leadership, the role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and external vendors to ensure benefit and compensation programs are market-aligned, cost-effective, and well understood by employees. The position focuses on program execution, analysis, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to contribute to strategy development and future program evolution.
About Role:
Benefits & Wellness Programs
Manage the day-to-day administration ofIncora’sglobal benefits, wellness, retirement, and leave programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellbeing initiatives.
Support the execution ofa globalbenefits and wellness strategy aligned with company goals, values, and regional market practices.
Coordinate and manage annual benefit renewals, working with brokers and vendors to evaluate plan design changes, pricing, and employee impact.
Partner with HRBPs and People leaders to ensure benefit programs support workforce needs, are inclusive, and enhance the employee experience.
Maintain a comprehensive andaccurateinventory of global benefit plans using tools such as Lockton’s Global Navigator.
Compensation
Support the design, implementation, and administration ofIncora’scompensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and job architecture.
Partner withTotalRewardsteamand HRBPs on annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, market pricing, and budgeting activities.
Conductcompensationbenchmarking and market analysis to ensure pay practicesremaincompetitive,equitable, and aligned with business needs.
Assistwith job evaluations, leveling, and the maintenance of compensation ranges and frameworks.
Prepare analyses, models, and materials to support compensation decisions and leadership review.
Employee Communication & Experience
Develop andmaintainclear, consistent employee communications for benefits and compensation programs, including intranet content, plan materials, and awareness campaigns.
Support open enrollment activities for the US and other countries asrequired, including coordination of systems configuration, materials, and employee education.
Provideconsultative guidance to employees and HR partners regarding benefit and compensation programs, policies, and processes.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure benefit plans and compensation practices are compliant with applicable country, state, and local regulations.
Coordinate required compliance activities for benefits programs, such as nondiscrimination testing, Forms 5500, COBRA, ERISA, and related audits (US and applicable global equivalents).
Manage statutory and optional retirement and pension plans, including vendor coordination and governance support (e.g., participation in retirement plan committees as needed).
Apply a continuous improvement mindset to benefits and compensation processes,leveraginganalytics, KPIs, and employee feedback.
Analyzebenefitand compensation data toidentifytrends, manage costs, and support informed decision-making.
Partner with Finance to ensure benefit and compensation costs are transparent,accurate, and aligned with budgets.
Maintain secure andaccurateemployee datain accordance withprivacy laws and internal recordkeeping standards.
Support Total Rewards–related projects and initiatives, including system enhancements, vendor changes, and program redesign efforts.
Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and brokers to ensure high service quality and value.

About You:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits and/or compensation within a complex or matrixed organization.
Strong experience administering US benefits programs; exposure to global benefits and/or compensation is preferred.
Working knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, and market pricing methodologies.
Experience working with HRIS, benefits administration, and compensation tools; strong Excel and data analysis skillsrequired.
Prior experience partnering with HRBPs and cross-functional stakeholders.
Previouspeoplemanagement experience isadvantageousbut notrequired.
