Requirements

• 8+ years in performance creative
• 4+ years leading creative teams of 10+ people
• Track record on Meta and TikTok performance creative
• Deep fluency in Motion, Foreplay, and Meta Ads Manager
• Background that includes building creative output AND the systems behind it
• Experience working with global, distributed teams
