We are not a business that produces decks and reports and moves on. We design the solution, stay accountable throughout delivery, and ensure it actually works. What we do

Right now we are launching brands into the US, Europe, and Australia. We are designing the tech architectures that power fast-growing operations. We are finding the right 3PL partners for brands at critical inflection points. We are building the inventory and demand

planning frameworks, S&OP processes, and operational structures that enable ambitious businesses to scale without breaking.

The opportunity

We are hiring an Associate Consultant to join the team - and grow with us.

This is a role for someone with a degree in supply chain, genuine hunger, and the ambition to build a serious career in consulting. You will work across live client engagements from day one, supported closely by our founder and senior team, who will personally invest in your development.

You will attend site visits. You will be on calls with founders and operations directors. You will contribute to real work on real clients -not in the background, but as a genuine member of the team. The variety, the pace, and the access you will get here in twelve months is

genuinely hard to replicate anywhere else at this stage of a career.

We are investing in the future leaders of supply chain consulting. We want to find exceptional early-career talent, develop them properly, and build a team that grows with the business. What you will be doing

  • Working across live client engagements spanning 3PL selection, international expansion, tech and systems design, S&OP, carrier negotiation, and supply chain strategy

  • Building cost models, financial analyses, and savings scenarios that underpin our recommendations

  • Producing RFP documents, process maps, and client-ready presentations

  • Conducting research into markets, providers, and benchmarks to support shortlisting and evaluation

  • Supporting the team across multiple engagements simultaneously - tracking actions, managing moving parts, keeping ambitious projects on track

  • Growing into a consultant in your own right -taking on more client exposure and independence as you develop

Who we are looking for

A degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations is essential - that is non-negotiable. But the degree gets you in the door. What we are really hiring is the person behind it.

Character

  • Genuinely hungry not just ambitious on paper, but someone who takes ownership without being asked and sees every task as an opportunity to learn

  • Resilient - you bounce back quickly, take feedback well, and do not need hand-holding when things get difficult

  • Happy to do the groundwork - this is a ground-up learning experience by design, and the detailed, unglamorous work is where the best consultants are made

  • Someone who gets stuck in a small, fast-moving team means there is no hiding place, and the people who thrive here are the ones who lean into that

  • A low ego - as happy doing the groundwork as doing the more visible work

Skills

  • Analytically strong - comfortable with data, able to build a financial model from scratch in Excel, and draws clear conclusions rather than just presenting numbers

  • A strong communicator - written work is structured and precise, and able to express complex ideas clearly in a client-facing context

  • Highly organised - able to manage several workstreams simultaneously without dropping anything or needing to be chased

  • Detail-oriented - cares about getting things right, not just getting them done

  • AI-literate uses tools like Claude or ChatGPT as a natural, default part of how you work, prompts well, and understands where these tools add real value versus where human judgement matters more

Nice to have

  • A placement year or internship in supply chain, logistics, or consulting
