As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the iManage platform to design tailored solutions and drive successful sales engagements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar function within the B2B SaaS space
- Strong technical background with experience in solution design, integrations, and cloud platforms
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, product and delivery teams
- Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations
- Experience in identifying gaps in client requirements or processes and proposing appropriate solutions
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to a variety of audiences
- Ability to travel within Asia as needed
