This is a Senior Software Sales position in Qatar, requiring relocation. The role involves sales life cycle ownership, revenue generation, customer relation management, upselling and cross-selling, and general account administration.
Requirements
- Generate new leads through professional networks, cold calling, and other methods
- Manage customer product requirements and expectations
- Work closely with clients to develop solutions and position iHorizons as a prime contender
- Own and manage the bidding process
- Support senior management with market and bid intelligence information
- Independently handle negotiations and deal closure for small and mid-sized deals
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by bringing in new customer logos and cross/upselling
- Act as a single point of contact for customers
- Carry out continuous market analysis and research on customer dynamics
- Provide customized client-specific support during the three stages of client management
- Work closely with the project team to maintain knowledge of project status
- Drive account management and influence organizational engagement
- Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts
- Prepare full account development plan to identify business aspects and maximize business opportunity
- Identify and develop new leads from existing accounts
- Increase the services offered to customers
- Promote all iHorizons products/services as they become available
- Build trust and strengthen relationships with customers
- Prepare briefings on the business, technical, and financial benefits of technology
- Collaborate with customers to develop customized solutions
- Support Sales Operations team to maintain and update customer files
- Support Sales Operations team on contract renewals
- Facilitate maintenance of existing customers to ensure renewal of annuity contracts
- Follow up on invoices and be responsible for payment collections
- Use iHorizons CRM to log and update all activities and generate sales reports
- Provide other ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by the Sales Manager
- Visit major customers on regular basis to strengthen relations and establish business opportunities
- Entertain customers as and when necessary to build strong relationships
- Build relationships with senior business and financial executives who influence purchasing decisions
- Maintain relationships with technical decision makers on a day-to-day level
- Coordinate with Marketing Communications Coordinator on identifying and executing marketing opportunities
- Participate in trade shows and technology events to promote company products and develop leads
