HYRE HARPER Co., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus primarily on Healthcare Staffing Services, including medical coding, auditing, clinical documentation improvement, and allied health placements. While healthcare will be the primary market, you will also have the flexibility to expand into other industries where staffing solutions are needed.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored staffing solutions that meet client needs. You will collaborate closely with our recruiting team to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in healthcare and related sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client staffing needs and present customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, or sales (healthcare staffing experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho experience a plus).
