Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of backend engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience working on blockchain-integrated systems
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining high-performance backend frameworks and APIs in Golang
- Strong ability to optimize relational databases (such as PostgreSQL)
- Comfort with rapid development cycles and production deployment
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proven track record of technical project delivery
- Experience with liquid staking solutions
- Background in EVM-based networks
- Thorough understanding of DeFi primitives
