Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional sales, with a proven track record in SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Deep knowledge of the crypto industry landscape and a strong understanding of its unique hiring challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships with institutional clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in recruitment technology or the HR-tech space is highly preferred.
