Requirements
- Previous experience in a care coordination, service delivery, scheduling, or administrative support role within the aged care, disability, or community services sector.
- Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn, with training provided for the right candidate.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider support team.
- Knowledge of care compliance standards and understanding of client confidentiality requirements.
