We are seeking a highly capable Performance / Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise the client’s digital marketing efforts, with a focus on Google Ads and SEO. The ideal candidate is someone who has independently managed marketing campaigns and can confidently make strategic recommendations without requiring constant direction.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Google Ads experience
- Proven experience building and optimising paid search campaigns from the ground up
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, keyword planning, and campaign structure
- Strong SEO knowledge, including on-page optimisation, technical SEO fundamentals, and keyword research
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Comfortable managing and updating websites through WordPress
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions independently
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with Australian, Western, or international businesses preferred
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes
