We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Operations Coordinator to support and streamline operations across multiple sites. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient inventory management, production scheduling, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing coordination roles
• Strong inventory management and reporting experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Pronto Xi is an advantage but not required)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
