AU and PH onlyEstimator role for a commercial construction business specializing in carpentry and plastering across residential, commercial, and high-end apartment blocks. Job is 100% remote, Philippines-based, and expected to align with Australian business hours. Compensation range: $1,800 - $2,400 AUD / Monthly.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in construction estimating, ideally with exposure to Australian commercial projects
- Experience using PlanSwift and/or Bluebeam for quantity takeoffs
- Familiarity with EstimateOne or similar tendering platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tender deadlines
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Experience working remotely and asynchronously
- Experience with Australian clients or Australian construction standards preferred
