We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper with strong experience supporting Australian construction clients. The role involves performing bank and credit card reconciliations, managing AR/AP reconciliations, overseeing accounts payable, and maintaining and updating accounting systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping and financial management
- Strong proficiency in Xero
- Familiarity with Dext or similar document management tools
- Solid experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable and payroll processing
- Working knowledge of Australian compliance requirements (BAS, STP, etc.)
