The Role

We are seeking a motivated AI Integration Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows across multiple SaaS platforms and internal systems. This role is a blend of prompt engineering, systems integration, and SaaS automation, ensuring that AI-powered solutions operate seamlessly at scale. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and
operations teams to bring AI integrations from concept to production, helping shape the company’s AI strategy in the process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain AI prompt flows that integrate with SaaS tools (CRM, marketing automation, customer support, analytics, etc.)
  • Configure, script, or code integrations between AI models and third-party SaaS applications (via APIs, middleware, or low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Workato).
  • Partner with internal teams to design scalable AI workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
  • Monitor, debug, and optimize AI prompt performance across platforms and use cases.
  • Create internal documentation, playbooks, and configuration standards to support ongoing AI/automation adoption.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools, APIs, and integration best practices, and propose opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Required Skills:
    • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and API integrations.
    • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and applying LLMs in real-world workflows.
    • Familiarity with integration frameworks (Zapier, Workato, Airbyte, or custom API development).
    • Working knowledge of at least one scripting/programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate AI workflow performance and propose improvements.
    • Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Prior experience integrating AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) with SaaS ecosystems.
    • Background in automation engineering, data workflows, or business systems integration.
    • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion, or Slack.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) a plus.
    • Certifications in cloud, automation, or AI technologies are highly desirable.

Salary

$70,000-90,000 annual

Recognizing the broader implications of preventative care, Hone Health expanded its focus beyond men's initial hormone optimization to encompass a wider range of proactive and preventative healthcare services for both men and women, addressing issues like menopause, thyroid conditions, and overall longevity. A significant step in this expansion was the acquisition of ivee in early 2025, which allowed Hone Health to introduce in-home healthcare services, further enhancing patient access to high-quality, personalized treatment. This strategic move, coupled with substantial Series A funding, has positioned Hone Health to continue its growth, push the boundaries of innovation in longevity care, and strive towards its goal of helping people live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
