Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails relating to payments and account queries
• Support customers with missed payments, offering practical and non-judgmental solutions
• Clearly explain payment options, next steps, and responsibilities
• Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately
• Maintain accurate records and work in line with industry regulations
• Contribute positively to the team and deliver a great customer experience

Salary Benefits

• Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
• Up to 10% annual performance bonus

About The Candidate

What You Bring Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or collections is preferred Strong communication and listening skills A calm, respectful, and empathetic approach to customer interactions Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Confidence using IT systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools We believe our strength comes from the diversity of our people.
