Care Assistant Weekends

We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Leigh and surrounding areas. You will provide personalized, unhurried care in their own homes during weekends, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom
• Valid full driving license with access to reliable personal transportation
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate and caring personality with genuine interest in helping others
• Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks
• Strong reliability and punctuality, particularly for weekend scheduling commitments
• Ability to work independently while following established care protocols
• Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and weekend schedules
• Willingness to complete background checks and obtain DBS clearance
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in home care settings
• Previous care experience preferred but not required - comprehensive training provided
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and client dignity
