Requirements
- Embed with internal teams to map workflows, surface pain points, and identify high-leverage automation opportunities.
- Design, prototype, and ship AI-powered automations end-to-end, applying LLMs creatively to real business workflows in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Build full-stack solutions—from Python scripts and backend services to intuitive React interfaces—for internal teams to use in production.
- Operate like a product-minded engineer: run interviews, co-design solutions, and iterate based on real-world usage and feedback.
- Measure impact rigorously—ship changes that move metrics like rep talk time, ticket deflection, adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Codify what works by creating reusable templates, playbooks, and documentation for future engineers and partner teams.
- Experiment with AI tools to accelerate your own workflows and demonstrate AI fluency in your daily work.
