Senior Full-Stack (.NET/Vue) Engineer - vertX IQ team

We at Holycode are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer (75% .NET / 25% Vue) to join our team, vertX IQ, a Swiss-based financial services and technology company revolutionizing how institutional investors manage performance, risk, and long-term strategy.

vertx IQ is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for institutional investors—including pension funds, family offices, and investment funds—to centralize and visualize financial, actuarial, and operational data in one place. By combining intelligent simulations, real-time insights, and self-service reporting tools, the platform enables smarter, faster, and more transparent decision-making.

• Investment controlling & benchmarking

What you'll work on:

• Build and scale the backend platform using .NET and microservice architecture
• Collaborate with the tech architect to define architecture and core domain models
• Implement high-availability backend components with observability, logging, and debuggability in mind
• Contribute to the frontend using Vue.js (micro frontend setup) where necessary
• Drive clean code, TDD, and DDD practices across the team
• Ensure enterprise-readiness: system security, maintainability, scalability
• Be a key voice in technology choices, product evolution, and platform vision
• Collaborate across a responsive and agile team (2+ releases/day) and ensure fast delivery cycles
• Support and mentor other engineers in the future, while remaining hands-on in development

• 6+ years of backend development experience, with a strong focus on .NET Core/C#
• Experience with microservice-based architectures, ideally deployed via Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining secure, testable, and observable systems
• Solid frontend experience with Vue.js or similar frameworks (React, Angular)
• Familiar with TDD, DDD, unit/integration testing, and structured coding principles
• Proactive and structured engineer with an eye for detail and maintainable solutions
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional teams

• Experience with Python in microservice setups
• Background in FinTech, RegTech, or compliance-heavy environments
• Familiarity with tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Sentry, Prometheus, etc.
• Past role as tech lead, founding engineer, or product owner
• Exposure to simulation systems, financial analytics, or investment reporting tools
