Relevant du directeur des pièces, vous dirigerez et réaliserez des demandes de prix pour les transformateurs, soutiendrez les clients avec des questions techniques et assurerez des transferts de commandes fluides pour une exécution de projet optimale. C'est votre chance d'avoir un impact significatif dans un environnement dynamique et favorable.

Comment vous aurez un impact

  • Créer et examiner les occasions dans la base de données de l’équipe des ventes.

  • Cerner les problèmes ou les précisions dans les documents de devis et en assurer le suivi.

  • Établir des calendriers et des jalons pour les propositions et demander des prolongations au besoin.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes de l’EEA pour élaborer des soumissions concurrentielles et cerner les risques.

  • Analyser les spécifications des clients et coordonner l’apport des usines et des fournisseurs.

  • Planifier des appels avec les clients pour clarifier la portée et s’assurer que les solutions sont complètes.

  • Élaborer les prix finaux et remplir les ensembles de devis.

  • Répondre aux questions des clients et modifier les offres en fonction de leurs commentaires.

  • Veiller au respect des règlements, procédures et lignes directrices externes et internes applicables.

Votre parcours

  • Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en génie ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en préparation d’appels d’offres et de propositions pour des composants électriques.

  • Solide expérience en systèmes électriques, haute tension et technologie des transformateurs.

  • Maîtrise des outils CRM et BI.

  • La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est obligatoire (pour les postes au Québec).

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.

  • Le candidat doit déjà avoir une autorisation de travail qui lui permettrait de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au Canada.

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our innovative team as a Quotation Tender Specialist in the Transformer Service group! Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll lead and complete RFQs for transformer, support customers with technical queries, and ensure seamless order transfers for optimal project execution. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Create and review opportunities in the Sales Force database.

  • Identify and follow up on issues or clarifications in quotation documents.

  • Set schedules and milestones for proposals, requesting extensions if needed.

  • Collaborate with FES teams to develop competitive bids and identify risks.

  • Analyze customer specifications and coordinate input from factories and suppliers.

  • Schedule calls with customers to clarify scope and ensure complete solutions.

  • Develop final pricing and complete quote packages.

  • Respond to customer questions and amend offers based on feedback.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • College or University Degree in engineering or a related field.

  • Over 5 years of experience in tendering/proposal preparation for electrical components.

  • Strong background in power systems, HV, and transformers technology.

  • Proficiency with CRM and BI tools.

  • English/French language proficiency is mandatory. (For QC positions)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
